Maria Hubmann

What becomes possible when you stop overriding your needs, wants and desires?

Every woman arrives with a different story. I help her hear her own answers more clearly and follow up on them.

Maria Hubmann

They see themselves differently.

One of the things I value most about this work is what happens when somebody no longer has to perform a version of herself.

She can be honest.

She can be uncertain.

She can say the thing she wasn't sure she was allowed to say.

And something shifts.

"Maria is for me, both humanly and professionally, simply magical... because she is completely herself, you immediately feel that you too can be completely yourself, and that you are allowed to."

— Anja

That matters.

When you stop spending so much energy hiding, pleasing and protecting yourself, that energy becomes available for living.

They find their own answers.

I don't want my clients to become dependent on me for good decisions.

Quite the opposite.

I want them to trust themselves more.

One client came to me expecting coaching around a specific topic. What happened instead was deeper:

"Instead of filling the space with advice, she allows you to hear yourself more clearly. I often found that the answers emerged because she somehow made it possible for me to hear my own truth."

— Laura

That's the kind of result I care about.

Not:

"Maria told me what to do."

"I know what to do."

They discover that pleasure can be part of everyday life.

Pleasure doesn't have to wait for the perfect holiday.

It doesn't have to be something you earn.

And it doesn't have to be dramatic.

It can be a juicy mango.

A yoga pose.

A moment of stillness.

The sensation of being fully inside your own body.

One client described it beautifully:

"Maria has really taught me to feel and enjoy all the PLEASURE in my life—from a bite of a juicy mango to the yumminess of a yoga pose. I'm enjoying life more all around."

— Natalie

You start noticing that life is already full of moments of joy, pleasure and aliveness.

They experience themselves as both softer and more powerful.

Power doesn't have to make you hard.

You don't have to become louder, colder or less compassionate to take up space.

You can be powerful and deeply connected to yourself at the same time.

"Maria brings safety, clarity, wisdom and intuition to all of her sessions... through one of our sessions I found an empowering identity—my own personal Power Goddess—that I have been able to access even after our sessions ended."

— Samra

Power becomes something you can access.

Not something reserved for other people.

They see new possibilities.

Sometimes the biggest shift isn't an external achievement.

It's what becomes imaginable.

Natalie came to me during a time of transition, carrying grief, difficult emotions and beliefs she had been living with.

She described what happened this way:

"She helped me see everything from a completely new perspective, both mentally and through the body... I left the session feeling lifted, opened, and with a completely fresh perspective on my current story and possibilities."

— Natalie

That is what I mean by aliveness.

It doesn't mean being happy all the time.

It doesn't mean pretending difficult emotions aren't there.

It means being able to stay connected to yourself while experiencing all of it, and still finding your way towards possibility.

Why do these changes happen?

Not because I have a formula for how you should live.

I don't.

And not because every client follows the same path.

They don't.

The common thread is that they become more willing to experience themselves.

They stop automatically overriding their desires.

They become curious about their bodies and emotions instead of treating them as obstacles.

They ask for what they want.

They stop checking everyone else's opinion first.

They begin making choices from their own reference point.

And then life starts to feel more like theirs.

This is the result I care about most.

Not that you become a better version of yourself.

Not that you become endlessly positive.

Not that you never doubt yourself again.

I want you to become someone who knows herself intimately.

Someone who can feel what is happening inside her without immediately trying to numb it with television, work or a stiff drink.

Someone who can stay with herself when things become uncomfortable.

Someone who can create joy and pleasure instead of waiting for the right circumstances.

Someone who can use her power without abandoning her softness.

Someone who trusts her own aliveness enough to follow where it leads.

If you're wondering what this could look like in your own life, let's talk.

Not about how to fix yourself.

About what you truly desire in your life.
