Private coaching for women who are ready to participate in their own transformation
The Aliveness Practice
A six-month coaching experience for intelligent women who are ready to stop living almost entirely through their minds and become more fluent in themselves.
You don't need another formula for how to live.
You need to become better at recognising what is actually happening inside you—and using that information in your real life.
The work beneath the visible problem
The thing you came to fix may not be the thing that needs fixing.
You might arrive because of stress. Burnout. Overthinking. People-pleasing. Difficulty setting boundaries. Lack of confidence. A difficult decision. A relationship. Your work.
Those things are real.
But they are often symptoms of something deeper: you have become very good at overriding yourself.
- You keep analysing when what you really need is to choose.
- You keep saying yes when something in you has already said no.
- You look outside yourself for answers before asking what you want.
- You wait until stress becomes overwhelming before you allow yourself to respond.
- You understand your patterns but keep repeating them anyway.
The Aliveness Practice gives us the time and space to work with what is underneath the pattern—not simply to manage its surface symptoms.
How we work
We include more of you in the conversation.
This work does not ask you to stop thinking. Your intellect is one of your strengths. We simply stop pretending that it is the only source of information you have.
01 · NOTICE
Become aware of what is actually happening.
Thoughts, sensations, emotions, impulses and patterns become easier to recognise before they have completely taken over.
02 · DISCERN
Learn what the signals are telling you.
Not every feeling is an instruction. We practise distinguishing fear from danger, desire from obligation and discomfort from a genuine boundary.
03 · CHOOSE
Act with more of yourself present.
Speak, decide, ask, stop, start, negotiate or wait from a place that includes both your intellect and your lived experience.
What becomes possible
The change should be visible in your Tuesday afternoon.
Not only in the language you use to explain yourself.
You decide sooner.
You recognise when more analysis is useful and when it has become a way to avoid choosing.
You catch the no earlier.
You have a better chance of setting the boundary before resentment has to set it for you.
You stay in the conversation.
You notice the freeze, tension or urge to disappear while there is still time to say what matters.
You ask more cleanly.
For money. Time. Help. Space. Change. Affection. Without burying the request under apology.
You recognise stress earlier.
Your body does not need to turn the volume all the way up before you pay attention.
You feel more of your actual life.
Pleasure, creativity, affection, curiosity and ordinary enjoyment become easier to access again.
This is not a quick fix
Insight becomes more valuable when you can practise it in your actual life.
We are not rushing towards the perfect answer.
We notice. We get curious. We experiment. We see what happens.
Sometimes your body understands something before your mind can explain it.
Sometimes one conversation changes the way you see yourself.
And sometimes the most important thing is having enough time to practise a different response when real life gets complicated again.
Private coaching
A sustained space to become more fluent in yourself.
Why six months?
Because this work is not about producing one good conversation.
It is about building a different relationship with yourself across real decisions, relationships, work, stress and everyday life.
We need enough space to notice patterns, experiment with new responses, learn from what happens and repeat.
What we may work with
- body awareness and sensation
- emotional processing
- boundaries and consent
- desire and authentic expression
- decision-making
- stress and self-regulation
- self-responsibility
- experiments between sessions
Selection
This is probably for you if...
Yes
- You are intelligent and self-aware, but insight alone has not changed the pattern.
- You are willing to notice what happens in your body and emotions, even when it is unfamiliar.
- You want more agency, not somebody to make your decisions for you.
- You are willing to experiment between sessions.
- You value honesty, responsibility and depth.
Probably not
- You want a rigid formula.
- You want somebody else to tell you what is right.
- You want feelings to become a reason to avoid responsibility.
- You want insight without practising different behaviour.
- You need trauma treatment or clinical mental-health care rather than coaching.
Questions people ask
Before we work together.
I've already done therapy or coaching. Why would this be different?
This work puts much more attention on what is happening in your body, emotions and immediate experience—not only on explaining the problem intellectually.
Does this mean I should trust every feeling?
No. The goal is discernment. A feeling or body signal is information to investigate, not an automatic instruction to obey.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching. If you need trauma treatment or clinical mental-health care, this work is not a replacement for appropriate therapeutic support.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before we begin?
No. Curiosity is enough to begin. Part of the work is becoming clearer about what you actually want and learning to recognise your own answers.
The next step is a conversation
You don't have to know exactly what needs to change before we talk.
You just need to be curious enough to explore what might become possible when you stop overriding yourself.
In a Clarity Call, we'll explore where you are, what you want and whether working together feels like the right next step.
