Hier geht es nicht darum, Tag zu träumen oder in Fantasien zu verschwinden. Es geht darum, zu erkennen, dass du jederzeit Genuss empfinden kannst. Egal ob du daheim bist, auf einer Party oder auf der Arbeit. Ja, sogar auf der Arbeit, wo unser Körper möglichst “unkörperlich” sein soll, möglichst nicht präsent und stattdessen nur ausführend. Dabei würde uns Genuss und Vergnügen gerade in der Arbeitswelt sehr gut tun. Finde ich zumindest. Du auch? Dann schauen wir uns das mal konkreter an.

Zuerst die Basis:
WAS brauchst du um Genuss zu empfinden? Genau, deinen KÖRPER.
WEN brauchst du, um Genuss zu empfinden? Zumindest DICH SELBST.

Dann das Wie:
Was empfindest du als genussvoll? Eine kräftige Berührung, ein zartes Streicheln, kitzeln, dein Gesicht zu entspannen, mit den Fingern durch deine Haare zu fahren, deine Beckenbodenmuskeln pulsieren zu lassen, deine Haut zu zwicken… Mach deine eigene Liste.

Du bist verantwortlich für deinen Genuss.
Es steht in deiner Macht jederzeit Genuss zu empfinden.

Und jetzt die Handlung:
Es ist ganz simpel. Wo auch immer du bist, ist auch dein Körper. Die Basis für deinen Genuss ist also gelegt. Was nun fehlt ist die Zutat, das gewisse Etwas, die ein oder zwei genussvollen Berührungen, die uns jetzt gut tun würden. Und da es eigenartig sein kann, einen Kollegen um eine Schultermassage zu bitten, mach es einfach selbst! Leg dein Handy zur Seite, wärme deine Finger auf uns los geht’s! Streichle über deinen Unterarm, pulsiere ein paar Muskeln und berühre deine Brüste (du bist nicht die Erste, die das macht und es ist meine Mission, dass du auch nicht die Letzte bist )

Bonusschritt, der eigentlich gar nicht optional ist, sondern fix dazu gehört und der Kern der Sache ist:
GENIESSE! Sei präsent mit deinen Empfindungen, spüre dich richtig in Massage oder das Streicheln hinein. Wie fühlt sich das an?
Mach dir keine Sorgen, ob das jemand bemerkt. Ziemlich wahrscheinlich sind die anderen in ihrer eigenen Welt und kümmern sich nicht um deine kleinen Bewegungen. Und wenn doch, dann lächle – du hast ja schließlich eine schöne Zeit

How to experience pleasure in your next business meeting

This is not about going to dream world or fantasizing through your day.
This is about you experiencing pleasure whenever TF you want. At home? Yes! At a party? Yes! At work? Of course! I would even argue that this often is the place we need it the most. Agreed? Then let’s get real.

First, the basics:
WHAT do you need to experience pleasure? Yes, your BODY.
WHO do you need to experience pleasure? You tell me, but the minimum is: YOURSELF.

Then the How:
What do you find pleasurable? Firm touch, a light stroke, tickling, relaxing your face, running your hands through your hair, pulsating your pelvic floor muscles, gently blowing on your skin… Make your own list.

You are responsible for your pleasure.
It is in your power to experience pleasure whenever you want.

Lastly, the action:
That’s an easy one. Wherever you are, your body is as well, covering the basics for pleasure: your body and you.
So let’s add an action from your list. As it could be awkward to ask your colleague to massage your shoulders during a lab meeting or strategy meeting, just do it yourself. Put the phone aside, stretch your fingers and go! Caress your forearm and face, pulsate some muscles and touch your breasts (you won’t be first one to do that and my mission is that you will definitely not be the last!).

Bonus step, but really not optional at all, but instead the whole point of this:
ENJOY!
Be present with the sensations in your body, really take in the feelings of this delicious belly rub or short hand massage.
Don’t worry if anybody notices anything. Most probably everyone is in their own world and doesn’t pay attention to a small movement. And if someone does, smile at them – you are feeling good after all

Unsere Stimme ist wichtig

Ich teile heute eine Erfahrung mit euch, die ich kürzlich hatte, als ich von einer Sex, Liebe und Beziehungscoach Kollegin gecoacht wurde. Ich spürte in meinen Unterleib, meine Gebärmutter und war einfach offen für alle Empfindungen und Gedanken von diesem kraftvollen Ort in meinem Körper.
Ich sah mich allein in einer dunklen, braunen Höhle. Niemand kümmerte sich darum was ich dort machte. Mein Blick auf diese Szene zoomte heraus, wie in einem Film, und ich sah tausende ähnliche Höhlen mit auch nur jeweils einer Person drin – ich denke hier an “Matrix” :-). Jede(r) war allein, es gab keinerlei Kommunikation zwischen den Personen.
Plötzlich waren ein paar Aspekte meiner Persönlichkeit bei mir in meiner Höhle. Die Lichter gingen an, wir hatten Musik und eine kleine Party. Es herrschte eine entspannte und fröhliche Stimmung und wir hatten einfach eine tolle Zeit. Die Musik erreichte auch die Nachbarn und auch das Licht drang etwas nach außen. Die Menschen in ihren Höhlen standen auf und schlossen sich uns beim Tanzen an. Das Licht breitete sich immer weiter aus und brachte Lebensfreude mit sich. Es hat mich an einen Bienenstock erinnert, der einzelne Waben enthält, in dem aber dennoch alle miteinander verbunden sind.

Ich glaube, dass jede Stimme wichtig ist. Wir können etwas bewirken und andere Menschen können davon profitieren was wir zu sagen haben. Doch zuerst müssen wir es teilen, damit andere es hören können. Es gibt unzählige Beispiele von einzelnen Menschen, die durch ihre Taten und Worte unsere Welt verändert haben – in der Medizin, Technologie oder den Menschenrechten.
Ich glaube es macht einen Unterschied ob ich mein Wissen und Werte teile oder nicht. Ich glaube, dass ich Wertvolles zum Leben anderer beitragen kann. Das ist auch meine Motivation für meinen Blog, meinen Frauenzirkel und mein Coaching.
Wenn ich meine Erfahrungen nicht mit dir teilen würde, wäre dir geholfen? Ich bin dankbar wie bereitwillig meine Lehrerinnen ihr Wissen mit mir geteilt haben und weiss wie stark ich davon profitiert habe.

Our voice is important and powerful

The story that I share with you today came up when I was being coached by a fellow sex, love and relationship coach. I felt into my womb and was open for any sensations, emotions, messages from this powerful place. I saw myself sitting in a dark brown cave all alone. Nobody cared what I was doing there and I saw no point in sharing it. The picture zoomed out – like in a movie – and I saw thousands of similar caves with also only one person in each – I’m thinking “Matrix” here ;-). Everyone was alone, there was no communication between the persons in the capsules.
Suddenly some other aspects of me came into my cave, the lights went on, we had music and a party. We had a really good time with a relaxed and joyful vibe. The music was loud enough to reach my immediate neighbours and also the light from my cave spread a bit outside. I didn’t push anything, it just happened. Eventually people from other units were inspired to get up and join us. I saw the light spreading further and further, bringing joy to so many. It reminded my of a beehive with the single cells that are still connected and belong together.

I believe that everyone’s voice is important. You and me make a difference and other people can benefit from what we have to say. But first we have to share it, so that others get the chance to hear it. There are so many stories of a single person saying and doing something, which radically changed our world – be it in medicine, technology, humanity or human rights.
I think it makes a difference if I share or not. I believe that I bring value to other people’s lives. That’s my motivation and intention for this blog, my Sensual Women’s Circle, my coaching and all the things that I’m about to create.
Would you benefit from my experience if I wouldn’t share it? I am grateful to my teachers that they shared their knowledge with me freely. I profited a lot from it.
