You don't need another method, stress-releasing technique or even another coach.
You need to take your desires seriously.
Most of the women I work with already know an extraordinary amount. They don't need more information. They want a different relationship with themselves.
Almost everyone comes to me believing they have a problem to solve.
Stress.
Burnout.
Overthinking.
People-pleasing.
Difficulty setting boundaries.
Lack of confidence.
Communication.
Leadership.
Those things are real, and I can help you resolve them.
But they are often symptoms.
They can be what happens when you've spent years ignoring your own aliveness.
This work doesn't begin with fixing.
It begins with listening.
We look at the places where you've been overriding yourself.
We get honest about the conversations you've been avoiding.
We get curious about the desires you've dismissed because they didn't seem rational.
We pay attention to the tension, exhaustion and stress you've ignored or normalised for way too long.
And we listen to the voice inside you that already knows:
There has to be more to life than this. And I want it.
What will you actually get from working with me?
This is not just about having interesting conversations and understanding yourself a little better.
The point is to develop skills that you can use in your actual life.
You'll get clearer about what you want.
Instead of spending weeks analysing every possible option, you'll learn to recognise what you actually desire and use that information when making decisions.
You won't have to check everybody else's opinion first.
You'll have a much clearer sense of: This is what I want.
And then you can do something about it.
You'll become better at noticing stress before it takes over.
You'll learn to recognise what stress feels like in your own body.
That matters because it is much easier to respond to a stress response when you notice it early than when you're already completely overwhelmed.
You'll practise ways of bringing yourself back to a calmer, more grounded state.
You can then think more clearly, stay connected to yourself and get back to the things that matter to you.
You'll be able to stay with yourself in difficult conversations.
Maybe a collaboration partner questions your expertise.
Maybe your boss asks you an inappropriate question.
Maybe your partner wants something from you that you don't want to give.
Maybe somebody is trying to make you feel small.
The goal isn't to become so confident that none of this affects you.
The goal is to notice what's happening, stay connected to yourself and have enough space to choose how you want to respond.
Instead of thinking three hours later about what you should have said, you have a better chance of staying present and saying what you actually mean.
You'll get better at asking for what you want.
You might want more money.
More responsibility.
Less responsibility.
More time.
More pleasure.
More support.
A different relationship.
A different life.
You'll practise making clear Asks instead of hoping people will somehow figure out what you need.
And you'll learn to receive when somebody says yes.
You'll become more comfortable with boundaries.
You'll notice sooner when something doesn't feel right.
You'll have more access to your own signals when somebody pushes against your boundaries.
And instead of automatically pleasing, freezing or making yourself smaller, you'll have more choice about what happens next.
Sometimes that means saying no.
Sometimes it means taking up more space.
Sometimes it means having a conversation you've been avoiding.
You'll create more joy and pleasure in ordinary life.
You won't have to wait for the weekend, the holiday or the moment when everything on your to-do list is finally finished.
You'll learn to notice pleasure in your body and create more opportunities for it.
A good meal.
A movement that feels wonderful.
A conversation.
Sexual pleasure.
Beauty.
Rest.
Play.
The point isn't to force yourself to be happy.
It's to become more available for the pleasure and joy that are already possible in your life.
You'll become more powerful without becoming harder.
Power doesn't have to mean being loud, aggressive or dominating.
You can be compassionate and powerful.
Soft and powerful.
Intelligent and powerful.
You can ask for what you want without abandoning your values or your kindness.
Power is a skill.
And like any skill, you can practise it.
And you'll have more energy for the life you actually want.
This might be the biggest change.
When you stop spending so much energy doubting yourself, pleasing other people, overthinking decisions and fighting your own emotions, you have more energy available.
For your work.
Your relationships.
Your creativity.
Your dreams.
Your pleasure.
Your life.
We work with your whole intelligence.
Your curiosity is one of your greatest strengths.
But I will invite you to become curious about something you probably don't have a lot of practice with:
Your own somatic experience.
What happens in your body when somebody crosses a boundary?
What changes when you finally say what you mean and ask for what you desire?
What does joy actually feel like in your body?
What happens to your thinking when you feel safe?
Your body is always communicating with you.
When you know how to listen to those sensations, you become much more attuned to your needs, desires and boundaries.
You also have an easier time being in the here and now.
You feel more grounded and centred.
You notice stress earlier.
You are better prepared for intense situations.
And you can return to your baseline of calm more reliably.
I don't do somatic coaching because it's a cool hype.
I do it because it genuinely helped me get back to mental health.
And I think a big reason it helped me out of burnout was that embodiment work was so different from the logic-driven work I had been doing as a scientist.
I would rather risk being seen as woo-woo in the science community than keep this powerful work from the people who can benefit from it most.
This isn't about feeling good all the time.
This is important.
Following your aliveness does not mean following whatever feels comfortable.
Sometimes your aliveness tells you to rest.
Sometimes it tells you to leave.
Sometimes it tells you to say no.
And sometimes it tells you to do something that scares you.
It might mean asking for more money.
Speaking up in a room where you normally stay quiet.
Ending something that no longer fits.
Starting something you've wanted for years.
Taking a risk when you don't know exactly how it will turn out.
Your aliveness isn't a promise of comfort.
It's a direction.
What it's like to work together
People often tell me the sessions don't feel like what they expected from coaching.
There is a lot of space and silence.
There is laughter and there are tears.
There are thoughtful questions and deep answers.
We create experiments.
Sometimes your body understands something before your mind can explain it.
Sometimes one sentence changes the way you see yourself.
We're not rushing towards an answer.
We're creating the conditions for your own answers to appear.
And sometimes you will wonder how you didn't see the thing before.
What clients experience
Natalie described one of our sessions like this:
"She helped me see everything from a completely new perspective, both mentally and through the body. I left the session feeling lifted, opened, and with a completely fresh perspective on my current story and possibilities."
— Natalie
That's the work.
Not me giving you answers.
You discovering possibilities that were already there, but hidden beneath old patterns and conditioning.
Curious whether this work is right for you?
→ Book a Clarity CallThis work is for you if...
You love learning and growing, but you're beginning to realise that intellectual understanding isn't the same as living and breathing an insight.
You're willing to experiment instead of endlessly analysing.
You're ready to stop waiting until you feel confident enough and take some risky action.
You're curious about your body and your emotions, even if that currently feels unfamiliar.
You're no longer interested in becoming a "better version" of yourself.
You want to become a more alive version of yourself who dares to create her unique dreams and desires.
It probably isn't for you if...
You're looking for quick motivation.
You want certainty before taking action.
You want someone else to tell you what your life should look like and what to do next.
You want to stay entirely in theory and don't want to experiment with embodied practices.
Or you're convinced that the answers can only ever be found by thinking harder.
That's not the work I offer.
Closing
I can't tell you what your dream life looks like.
It wouldn't be your dream if I could.
But I can help you recognise the compass that's already pointing towards it.
And once you learn to trust that compass of aliveness, you can start showing up as the powerful version of yourself who creates the life she actually desires.
Listen to the women who discovered their joy, pleasure and aliveness.
