I made the decision to train as a coach because I wanted to help myself.
I had felt disconnected from my body and barely noticed it. Only when my coach asked me to feel my big toe did I realize how little I feel my own body. I was actually confused by her request.
How can I feel a part of my body when I don’t touch it? Preferentially step on it, just to be sure that I’m feeling the right thing.
Since this day in 2016 I’ve been on the quest of feeling myself, respecting my boundaries and creating my life according to MY desires.
Supporting other women in creating more joy, pleasure and self-love than they ever thought possible was a natural extension of my own journey.
I am deeply grateful to my own teachers, coaches and mentors and I desire to see many, many more women live in joy and pleasure.
This is why I chose to become a coach.
To see others rise.
To be in their corner when things get tough.
To hold the intensity with them.
And to celebrate the sh.t out of their joy, pleasure, embodiment, power, creativity and aliveness.
This fills me up with joy and makes me feel deeply connected with other humans.
Why does YOUR work matter to you?
